Department budgets and consumption
Cost figures are estimates from configured rates. Missing usage and prices remain visible. Budget indicators are advisory.

Imported usage and license context
Reported usage is kept separate from gateway estimates because the sources can overlap. It is not added to the budget indicator. A range means the cache-write TTL was not reported: the low end prices those writes at the 5-minute rate, the high end at the 1-hour rate. A trailing + means some records carried charges the price card cannot see, so only a floor exists. Client-reported cost is the submitting tool’s own figure and is not verified.
